Functional Features
It adopts the method of motor – controlled pressure. To change the test pressure, only the target pressure needs to be set in the program.
It has a built – in voltage – resistance measurement system. There is no need to connect external test equipment. It can measure voltage and resistance while measuring thickness.
During voltage – resistance testing, the position of the test probe is adjustable, and it can be compatible with different – spaced tab sizes.
The upper and lower pressing plates are made of marble, which is insensitive to temperature changes, resulting in stable test results.
It uses high – performance position detection sensors, and the thickness test results have high precision and low error.
The measurement data can be transferred to the user’s computer for convenient data management.
It is controlled by PLC and operated by HMI, which is convenient and easy to use.
