MSK – TE906 – LBI530 constant – temperature test chamber is a special – structure test chamber for lithium – battery products such as blue – light test systems and new – energy test systems. It has customized shelves and functions such as multi – layer temperature protection. It can perform long – cycle, non – stop, multi – temperature – point, and balanced – type frost – free control.

Functional Features

The cabinet and the working chamber are designed with an arc – shaped structure.
The working chamber is made of mirror – faced stainless steel plates, and the shelves can be freely adjusted in height and position for easy cleaning inside the working chamber.
The working chamber is equipped with lighting devices.
The side of the equipment is designed with through – line test holes.
The working chamber is equipped with a fan for forced convection.
The outer surface of the cabinet is treated with plastic spraying, and the overall appearance is beautiful, generous, and convenient for use and maintenance.
The test chamber door is a double – door design. The inner door is made of toughened glass for directly observing the working chamber’s interior. The outer door uses a magnetic seal with good sealing performance.
It is equipped with a leakage protector.
It is equipped with an auxiliary temperature controller to ensure that the product can still work normally when the main temperature control fails (for heating).
The temperature control adopts the latest micro – computer intelligent control system. The LCD liquid – crystal display shows the temperature with high precision and no overshoot.
It has an RS485 communication interface for connecting to a computer, displaying, printing temperatures and times on the computer, and providing a strong guarantee for test – process data storage and playback.
