MSK – 110 – A16 high – throughput crimping assembly machine can be used for crimp – type battery assembly processes, achieving high – throughput automatic assembly, liquid injection, and sealing of up to 16 channels in one loading. It uses servo – motor – driven technology to ensure stable and reliable crimping pressure for button – type batteries. Through different fixtures, it can match and assemble the high – throughput assembly, liquid injection, and sealing of 16 – channel crimp – type batteries of different series and models.

Function and Feature
  • Automatic assembly of button – type batteries, with special fixtures for loading materials, and completing the assembly of up to 16 batteries in one loading.
  • Manually load materials into special fixtures, and switch fixtures to achieve rapid loading. After one loading, the process of automatic assembly, liquid injection, and sealing is completed.
  • Applicable to standard CR2032 crimp – type batteries, and custom material trays can be made for different material specifications.
  • Standard half – battery assembly and full – battery assembly can be switched through custom material trays and touch – screen selection.
  • The equipment can be used in a drying room or in a glove box (requires a double – sided glove box configuration).
  • The liquid injection volume and number of liquid injections can be digitally set.
  • Servo – motor – driven sealing with stable pressure and digital setting.
  • Built – in vacuum pump to save space.
  • Touch – screen operation for convenient use.
