High-throughput Battery Assembly Machine-MSK-HTBA-D

This equipment is applied to the high – throughput assembly process of button batteries. The equipment realizes the automatic control of the assembly sequence of various materials including positive and negative electrode materials, diaphragms, gaskets, and electrolyte for button – type batteries, using an 8×8, a total of 64 – channel design, which can meet the efficient assembly requirements of various button – type batteries such as LIR2032. The function is realized by the manipulator taking materials from each material pre – positioning position through vacuum and moving them to the assembly position for assembly, then matching with liquid injection function, and then performing pressure – sealing molding, and finally placing the finished products uniformly in the lower – position material tray area.

●The electrolyte supply adopts a precision peristaltic pump, the injection volume can be set, and the injection precision is high;
●The servo motor drives the sealing port, and the sealing pressure is precisely adjustable;
●PLC control, HMI operation, and configured with specialized software to achieve data recording and export functions.Touch – screen operation for convenient use.
