Functional Features

Integrated structure. The equipment performs powder resistivity measurement and powder resistivity/conductivity analysis. Computer software collects test data and generates relationships between powder pressure and resistance values, resistivity, and conductivity values.

When the powder is compressed until it stabilizes, it describes the changing trend of electrical performance during the process of the powder’s compression volume change. It can also describe the curve of the powder’s internal cohesive force deformation or recovery process change during the pressure reduction process after powder compression.

It operates in an automatic operation mode and has automatic data analysis and management.

It adopts a four – terminal measurement mode.

Powder molds can be customized according to the measurement requirements of different materials..
