Application range:

MSK-E110-S adopts motor drive to realize the crimping and disassembling processes of coin cells. A crimping mold of φ20mm series coin cells are as standard, such as CR2016, CR2025, and CR2032. For crimping coin cells of other diameters (e.g., CR2450, CR1620), the corresponding mold must be purchased separately. Meanwhile, a disassembling mold can also be optionally purchased. After the cell is sealed, this disassembling mold is used to completely disassemble the positive and negative electrode cell covers, facilitating the sampling of internal cell materials for research and analysis.
