MSK – DZF – 3120 is a three – layer structure, independently temperature – controlled vacuum drying oven. The inner layer of this equipment is made of high – quality stainless steel material, and the interlayer is made of high – performance heat – insulating material. The heating part uses electric heating to redistribute in the hot – air chamber. It has the characteristics of good vacuum retention, high precision of three – layer independent temperature control, and good temperature uniformity of the material chamber. It can be applied to the production and research and development process of lithium – ion batteries, and carry out vacuum baking of pole pieces and batteries

Functional Features

Three – layer vacuum electric heating oven with a single – layer super – large capacity of 120L, designed for vacuum baking of lithium – ion batteries and pole pieces.
Electric heating and hot – air circulation are used to heat the working chamber, with good temperature uniformity and small fluctuations.
The inner – layer material is made of SUS304 stainless steel, and the outer – layer is made of cold – rolled sheet spraying. It has a high – performance heat – insulating interlayer design.
The frame and chamber have an integral structure with good sealing performance, which can ensure that the vacuum degree does not drop for a long time.
Three – layer independent temperature – control design. Each working chamber can achieve baking of different materials, and the material rack can also be designed according to customer requirements.
PLC control, temperature controller for temperature control, and HMI operation can achieve flexible settings and use.
High – quality components are selected to ensure stable and reliable equipment operation.
