- Equipment Operation: In manual mode, after loading the material, the equipment runs automatically; once manual pressure release is completed, simply wait to remove the material.
- Material Loading/Unloading: Material is loaded or unloaded manually using auxiliary tooling and fixtures.
- Medium Circulation: A high-temperature medium tank with adjustable temperature is provided. Before operation, the heated medium is pumped into the chamber through a low-pressure line by the high-temperature pump; when the medium needs to be drained, it is pumped out by the same pump.
- Pressurization: A low-pressure medium tank is provided; ambient-temperature medium enters the chamber via a booster pump with a check valve. A check valve and a pressure relief valve are also installed on the high-pressure line, allowing pressurized fluid to return to the high-temperature oil tank through the relief valve.
- Chamber Insulation: An insulating electric heating blanket is wrapped around the exterior of the chamber to heat it and maintain a substantially stable temperature.
- Safety Protection: The design safety factor is increased, and all high-pressure lines and valve components are fully guarded.
